Performance Management
Felicity Beaulieu will provide this one day course on September 14th, 2012
Managing staff is a task that for many therapists becomes an integral part of their daily role. If performance issues arise, it can be difficult to know how to approach and manage each situation, and in reality 80% of the manager’s time can be spent on 5% of staff who are not meeting expectations. This training session is based on the Studer Group’s Highmiddlelow conversations, and looks at how we can improve organisational performance through changing the individual performance of team members. This health based strategy is based on teaching you the process and techniques to have effective conversations with all staff, and gives consistent methods for feedback to improve all levels of staff performance. Therapists will walk away from this training with practical strategies to implement on return to the workplace.
